Who we are
JNscale ("we", "us") provides email marketing and media buying services for eCommerce brands. This website exists to present our work and let you book a call. For any privacy question, contact info@jnscale.com. We operate from the European Union and follow the GDPR.
What we collect
- Booking data. When you book a call, our scheduling provider Calendly collects the details you enter (name, email, and anything you add to the notes). Calendly processes this data under its own privacy policy; we receive it to prepare for and hold the call.
- Analytics and advertising data. If you accept cookies, we may use analytics and advertising pixels (such as the Meta Pixel) that collect device information and page interactions to measure our ads. No pixel runs unless you accept.
- Email correspondence. If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and our business records.
Why we process it
- To hold the call you booked and follow up about working together (contract preparation, legitimate interest).
- To measure and improve our marketing (consent, where required).
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies (such as your cookie choice itself) run without consent. Advertising and analytics cookies run only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent anytime by clearing this site's data in your browser; the banner will ask again.
Sharing
We share data only with the processors needed to run this site and our scheduling: Calendly (booking), our hosting provider, and, with your consent, advertising platforms such as Meta. We never sell personal data.
Retention
Booking and correspondence data is kept for as long as we are in contact and up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless a longer period is required by law or an ongoing engagement.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email info@jnscale.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
