What this site is
This website presents JNscale's email marketing and media buying services and lets you book an introductory call. Using the site or booking a call does not create a service engagement; any engagement is agreed separately in writing.
No guarantee of results
The results shown on this site are real outcomes from actual client accounts. They are not typical and are not a promise of your results. Outcomes depend on factors unique to each business, including list size, offer, market, ad budget, and collaboration. Every business carries risk, and results require effort, consistency, and time.
Intellectual property
All content on this site (copy, design, the JNscale name and mark) belongs to JNscale. Client names, platform names, and logos belong to their respective owners and appear as factual references to work performed or tools used.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to breach its security, scrape it at scale, or use its content to misrepresent JNscale.
Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, JNscale is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the European Union member state where JNscale is established. Disputes go to the competent courts there, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
